Adam Authier

Adam is a recent transplant to Asheville from Southern California where he attended film school at CSUN. He relocated with his wife Julia and two young children, Benjamin and Natalia. The process allowed his family to deep dive into all things related to relocating to Asheville: schools, neighborhoods, parks, recreational activities, restaurants, and everything in between.

Adam has learned a lot about working with real estate through the highly competitive Los Angeles market through buying and selling his own properties. He has a trained eye for potential problems, negotiations, investment opportunities, and finding that perfect home that checks all the right boxes. He excels at communication, service, professionalism, marketing, aesthetics, renovations, and property investment.

When Adam isn’t living in all things Real Estate he spends his time on personal growth: community building, fitness, continuing education, and family activities. He is a zealot for strength training, meditation, healthy living, nature, and working on creative projects like screenwriting, woodworking, photography, and content creation.
