Bennet was the best real estate agent we have ever used! I am so happy we had him and can’t imagine how our move to Asheville would have gone without him! We had some difficult negotiations from the seller that he handled like an absolute pro and was able to get us everything we wanted. He fought hard for us! My wife and I just happened into Bennet's office to check out local real estate in the area, when vacationing there in September. He spent several hours with us initially showing us various properties, and explaining the different areas of Asheville. Once we looked at the various options and decided we were going to purchase a home there, he showed us fully renovated homes as well as homes needing renovations. Renovating being my business in the DC area, and being one of Bennet's specialties, we had much in common. He was helpful in referring a local mortgage company as well as a local contractor of whom we used for this property. Bennett went above and beyond what we felt was the norm for a real estate agent. Us not being able to be there, this I am sure, saved us countless amounts of headache and money.
