Kristin Patton

Kristin is a WNC native and her family roots grow deep, 7 generations deep! After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University. Kristin earned a MBA from Western Carolina University. Kristin’s background has primarily been in healthcare where she has held multiple roles, working closely with executive leadership.  Most recently as Project Manager under the Chief Operating Officer and previously as Quality & Safety Project Manager where she implemented projects across our regions largest health care system which includes six hospitals and 120+ ambulatory clinics. She basically knows how to get things done, quickly and seamlessly!

Kristin joined the Real Estate profession because she is passionate about giving back to the community and being apart of Asheville’s growth and transformation. Kristin works relentlessly for her clients, ensuring she is with them through every step of their home buying and/or selling journey.

Kristin’s husband is a local commercial general contractor, they have two daughters Harper & Haven that always keep them on their toes! As well as 3 fur babies- Ruger, Louie, and Kiaya. In their spare time they enjoy working on projects around the house, brewery hopping, hiking, and basketball!
