Nancy O’Rourke

Nancy O’Rourke loves people. As a military kid, Air Force officer, and military spouse she’s called 36 different places home across three continents. She understands the challenges of finding the right property to call home and brings her tenacity and skills to ensure your experience is extraordinary. In each place, Nancy met wonderful people and made lifelong friends. Along the way she learned to speak Spanish, German, and passable Thai.

Helping people brings Nancy joy! Working in mortgage banking, serving in the military, and later working as a Registered Nurse, Nancy has consistently exceeded expectations in her careers and knows the value of exceptional service. She is thrilled to bring this same dedication, hard work, and service mindset to finding you a home.

Nancy loves living in the mountains of WNC with her husband, mom, and faithful fur baby, Big Papi. You can find her trying out all of the wonderful local restaurants, artisans shops, and hiking nearby trails (in that order).
