Sheryl Near, originally from Chicago, Illinois, has lived in Asheville, North Carolina since 2004. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Sheryl was the General Manager of Country Clubs and Resorts in the U.S. and Caribbean, delivering luxury lifestyle services and hospitality to members and guests.

Sheryl’s mission is to provide informed, thoughtful, and creative service to buyers and sellers. She strives to be a source of ideas, information, and expertise for her clients. Sheryl’s background in hospitality and management aids her in anticipating her client’s needs as well as being present and approachable.

In her spare time, Sheryl enjoys hiking, dogs, horses, art, wine, and cooking with friends. Sheryl is also a member of the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors®.
