Positivity, Empathy, Adaptability, Communicator, Includer
Like most people who move here, I moved to Asheville just because I loved it nearly 30 years ago and I’ve been lucky enough to help others do the same for most of that time. I raised three extraordinary daughters here, and am as enthralled by the mountains today as I was the first day I saw them. You know what a special place this is if you live here. You’ll know soon if you’re moving here. Buying or selling a home is big – exciting, stressful, important- BIG. If you’d like some help I’m a phone call, text or email away. Let me know what is important to you in this transition and we’ll begin the process. I am dedicated, determined, knowledgeable, experienced and delightfully human. Can’t wait to meet you.

Tina arrived in Asheville in 1994 and became the administrator and part-time instructor for the Asheville Real Estate Academy. Since 1996, she has been an Asheville Realtor helping buyers and sellers with their life’s transitions in beautiful Western North Carolina. In her spare time, she has also taught Fair Housing and Anti-Trust classes for the Board of Realtors, and was the ‘fill-in person’ reporting on traffic conditions for several local radio stations. During the Great Recession when the real estate market slowed, Tina decided to continue her education and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an economics major from UNCA. These days, with her girls now grown, Tina enjoys time with them, her new grandbaby Janie, and her treasured friends. She is also having great fun trying her hand at storytelling, and continues her education less formally by studying political history.
