Good Neighbor Award Recognizes Hadley’s Contributions to Local Community.
Hadley Cropp, Owner of Asheville Realty Group, has been honored with the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® (LOTSAR) 2023 Good Neighbor Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the local community. Each year since 2016, LOTSAR recognizes one REALTOR® Member who contributes to the success of its Association programs by demonstrating professional excellence and community service.
Hadley’s commitment to making a positive impact is evident through various initiatives, such as establishing a donation program whereby Asheville Realty Group agents donate a portion of their commissions which are then matched by the firm. Others include food drives benefitting MANNA Food Bank, holiday toy drives for Eblen Charities, and sponsoring local races in conjunction with the Kiwanis Club of Asheville – just to name a few.
Kiwanis Club of Asheville to receive $1,000 Contribution in Honor of Award.
In honor of receiving the Good Neighbor Award, LOTSAR will donate $1,000 to Hadley’s local organization of choice. After taking a vote from her team, the $1,000 award will go to Kiwanis Club of Asheville in honor of Russ Martin & Karon Korp, brokers with Asheville Realty Group with a combined 77 years of volunteer service with the local Kiwanis chapter. According to Russ & Karon, “Kiwanis supports programs in local schools, gives grants to area non-profits, provides student scholarships, donates time to area volunteer projects through our partnerships, and has given Transformation Village, a women’s and children’s shelter, over $80,000 in the past few years to help further their mission.”
Hadley’s efforts have not only enhanced the quality of life for those benefitting from her initiatives but have also fostered a stronger sense of unity and collaboration within the community. “We are excited for Hadley’s recognition for her contributions to our community. Her dedication to making Asheville a better place is truly amazing,” said Amanda Cleveland, Director of First Impressions at Asheville Realty Group.
Hadley expressed her gratitude for the recognition, stating, “It’s truly an honor to receive this award.
